Our Services
Enterprise Controls Engineers focus on designing, implementing, and managing control systems across large-scale, multi-site operations. Our work typically involves integrating complex systems such as Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management into a unified platform. We ensure systems are optimized for efficiency, reliability, and scalability, while also addressing security and compliance requirements.
Our engineers also troubleshoot, analyse data, and create automation strategies to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and support sustainability goals. Our role is essential in large organizations that rely on automated control systems for seamless and efficient management of their infrastructure.
Our services include design, manufacture, supply, commissioning and maintenance of automatic control systems for the HVAC industries. Projects undertaken range from small commercial buildings through to shopping centres, hospitals, university campuses, office blocks, hotels and specialist applications such as Biomedical production plant, Pharmaceutical laboratories and clean rooms.
We provide independent advice for products, systems and services and provide cost-effective engineering solutions
Engineering & Design
MCC & Control Panel Manufacture
We manufacture high quality motor control centres and control panels:
Form 2
Form 4 Type 2
Form 4 Type 4
All motor control centres and control panels are manufactured and tested at our premises by our highly trained engineers.
Electrical Installation
All our site engineers are qualified in their professional field (i.e. Technicians, Approved Electricians, etc) in addition all site supervisors are trained first aide's.
All installation works fully comply with the IEE regulation - 18th Edition.
Installations are tested and certified by our qualified site supervisors.
Commissioning
All our commissioning engineers are trained & fully conversant with the control systems we install.
Our commissioning engineers are fully trained in all aspects of HVAC control theory, as we recognise the importance of setting a control system into full working energy management operation means energy savings and long-term benefits for the end user
Operating manuals are handed over upon completion of the project, these include description of operation, software flowcharts, test certificates, etc.
Maintenance
We believe control systems should be serviced and maintained at regular intervals to ensure reliability, accuracy and efficiency of the system. We offer a planned maintenance service to suit the client with an optional 24/7 call out service. This service is carried out by our service division with fully qualified and trained engineers.

System Migration
Contact us to start the steps to upgrade or transition from an older system to a more modern one to improve efficiency, functionality, and integration.
The process includes evaluating the existing system, selecting a new platform and transferring data while ensuring minimal disruption.
A successful BMS migration enhances energy efficiency, offers better control and monitoring, and prepares the building for future technological advancements.
Upgrade/ Retrofits
We provide specialist expertise in the design of:
HVAC - Building Energy Management Systems and Process Control Systems.
System Engineering & Design is carried out using the latest state of the art CAD technology. We work to consultant drawings and automatic controls specifications.
Consultants, M + E contractors and end users are provided with impartial advice on the most appropriate control system for their individual requirements and application.
Our experienced contract engineers ensure smooth transition of the project from concept to completion.
This process typically includes updating sensors, controllers, and software to enable better monitoring, automation, and integration with newer systems like IoT devices or cloud platforms.
Retrofits can optimize energy use, extend the lifespan of a building’s infrastructure, and reduce operational costs, all while maintaining minimal disruption to the building's daily operations.
