Design, manufacture, install and commission Honeywell building management system to serve reception areas, function suites and bedrooms. The work also involved control & sequencing of the boilers & chillers. Comfort control serving the Bedrooms was achieved by 4 pipe fan coil system with local control for speed and temperature.
